There are five Google AdSense terms that will give you full benefit from Google AdSense if you fully understand them all. You can find this term listed on the first page after you login to your Google AdSense account.
The First term is page impressions. Page impressions show you how many times your site pages, that have Google ads, are viewed. A visitor comes to your site and look one of your pages would be considered one page impression. There no need for visitor to click on the ads, it's only the visit to the site page that counted.
The Second term is clicks. Clicks tell you how many times Google ads on your sites being clicked. The more clicks will give you more money. Google generates an optimization report that will help you increase the number of clicks.
The third term is page CTR. Page CTR tell you the percentage of visitors that click ads on your sites.
The fourth term is page eCPM. Page eCPM ( cost per 1000 page impressions) is an estimate of earnings you would make if you had 100 page impressions. This is important in predicting future revenue off of your ads if you are receiving heaps of traffic.
The final term is earnings. This is the number of money you get in participating Google AdSense program.
